The theme for the 2019 conference was "Outside the Honeypot: wildlife recording in the wider world", including approaches to recording and monitoring across the broader landscape, new techniques for gathering biological records, and how to support both existing and new recorders to participate in the full range of recording opportunities.

The conference took place on 9 and 10 May 2019, with a field trip on 11 May. Thanks to all who helped organise the conference, to our speakers and workshop leaders, and to all who attended. Many of the conference presentations are now available to download, and further reports will appear in the NFBR Newsletter.
